Where do I place my order?

You’re at the right place! There are 3 ways to place your order, depending on your preferred payment method.

  • Best Method: Order through our website with Credit/Debit Card or ApplePay

  • DM us on Instagram and make a payment via PayMe or FPS

  • WhatsApp us to make payment via PayMe or FPS


For DM/WhatsApp order, please let us know:

  1. Cookie flavour, quantity, pack/jar size

  2. Your name, contact number and delivery address

  3. Delivery date & time

  4. Gift message (if any)

    - Your order is only confirmed when the full payment is made after our acknowledgement.

What is the minimum amount per order?

We accept all orders with a minimum nett purchase amount of HK$1,000 as of 16 Feburary 2024.

Can you deliver the cookies on my preferred date?

Yes, of course! Please place your order at least 7 days in advance. Our delivery time slots are 12-4pm or 4-8pm.

Any delivery fees?

We provide free delivery or a flat delivery fee. Here are more details:

FREE Delivery Areas with a minimum nett purchase of HK$1,000:

Central & Western, Wan Chai, Eastern, Southern, Yau Tsim Mong, Kowloon City, Kwung Tong, Wong Tai Sin, Shum Shui Po, Kwai Tsing, Tsuen Wan, Shatin.

HK$120 Delivery Areas for any orders (min. nett purchase of HK$1,000 order):

Sai Kung, Ma On Shan, Tai Po, Northern, Yuen Long, Tuen Mun.

Non-Deliverable Areas:

We do not deliver to Outlying Islands. You may want to consider our self pick up option at Tsim Sha Tsui on weekends instead.

Self Pick Up Info

Can I pick up the cookies from you?

As of January 2023, you can opt for self-pick up your cookies on weekends in Tsim Sha Tsui. The pick up location is this a sustainability retail store:

Shop 423, 4/F, Rise Shopping Arcade
5-11 Granville Circuit, Tsim Sha Tsui

Opening hours: Friday to Sunday, 1pm-8pm (unless otherwise stated)

Do you do pick up at MTR stations/other locations?

We do not provide pick up services at MTR stations and/or other locations. Please use our self pick up location at Green Bitch which is more flexible for self pick up.

Do you deliver to SF lockers?

No, we don’t. Our cookies are fragile and they are not suitable for SF delivery.

We have been hand-delivering cookies to our customer’s doorstep to ensure that the package is well taken care of and this has proven to be the best method for our cookies delivery.

Please allow us deliver directly to your doorstep instead or you can self-pick up at Green Bitch in Tsim Sha Tsui too.
